Terms of Service
Updated June 2026
These terms apply to your use of grillgodeli.com (the "site") operated by Grill & Go Deli. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
Menu & pricing accuracy
We work to keep menu items, descriptions, photos, and prices accurate, but they can change without notice and may be wrong, out of stock, or differ between the site and in-store. Prices and availability on third-party ordering platforms (online ordering, DoorDash, Uber Eats) are controlled by those platforms and may differ from prices in the deli. The price charged at the point of sale is the binding price.
Food, allergens & ingredients
Our kitchen prepares food in a shared space that handles wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, sesame, fish, and shellfish. Cross-contact is possible and we cannot guarantee any item is free of any allergen. If you have a food allergy, intolerance, or other dietary need, please tell our staff before ordering; we cannot accept responsibility for reactions to food consumed.
Third-party ordering & delivery
Online ordering, delivery, and payment are provided by third parties with their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions, delays, fees, or service quality of those third parties.
General disclaimer of liability
The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grill & Go Deli, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, our food, or any third-party service linked from the site.
Intellectual property
All site content — logos, images, copy, and design — is owned by Grill & Go Deli or used with permission. Do not reuse without written consent.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
